On July 16, 2022, the stepchild of the Crown
Princess of Norway was arrested on suspicion
of assaulting a woman.
The 27-year-old suspect, Hoiby, was born to
the Crown Princess and her then-partner
before she married the Crown Prince in 2001.
Police said they received a report in the
early hours of the 4th of a violent argument
that had taken place overnight in an apartment
in the capital, Oslo.
Then police were called, Hoiby was arrested
and released the next day.
２０２２年７月１６日に、ノルウェー皇太子妃の連れ子
が、女性への暴行容疑で逮捕されました。
逮捕された２７歳のホイビー容疑者は、皇太子妃が
2001年に皇太子と結婚する前に、当時のパートナー
との間に生まれました。
警察によると、４日の早朝に、首都オスロのアパートで
夜間に激しい口論があったという通報がありました。
それで、警官が出動して、ホイビー容疑者が逮捕されて、
翌日には釈放されました。
