On September 29, 2023, a series of terrorist
bombings occurred in Pakistan, and according
to authorities, at least 57 people were
killed and more than 60 were injured.
A suicide bomber detonated an explosive near
the car of a senior police official in
Pakistan’s southwestern Baluchistan province.
Believers had gathered at a nearby Islamic
place of worship to take part in a procession
celebrating the birthday of Islam’s prophet
Muhammad.
At least 52 people died at this location.
The Home Office condemned the incident,
calling it a very heinous attack on people.
