■手筒花火の打ち上げ

On November 19, 2022, Tezutsu Fireworks,
a spectacular flame festival, was held in
Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture.
The launch of Tezutsu fireworks, in which
sparks are blown up from the cylinder held
in the arm, is impressive.
This event was held by the Toyohashi Chamber
of Commerce and Industry, etc., with the aim
of revitalizing tourism with hand-held
fireworks that have been handed down in the
Higashi Mikawa region of Aichi Prefecture.
About 900 tourists from all over the country
gathered at the venue, Toyohashi Stadium.
This festival has been handed down in the
Higashi-Mikawa region for about 450 years,
and about 60 Tezutsu fireworks were
displayed one after another.
This is a magnificent fireworks display with
sparks rising to a height of about 10 meters.
It was the first time in three years that
this festival was held on a large scale at
Toyohashi Stadium due to the influence of
the new corona.
The visitors gave a big round of applause.
2022年11月19日に、愛知県豊橋市で勇壮な
炎の祭典である手筒花火の打ち上げが開かれ
ました。
腕に抱えた筒から火の粉が吹き上がる手筒
花火の打ち上げは、迫力があります。
この催しは、愛知県の東三河地方に伝わる
手筒花火を観光の活性化につなげようと
豊橋商工会議所などが開きました。
会場の豊橋球場には全国からおよそ９００人
の観光客が集まりました。
この祭典は、東三河地方に４５０年ほど前から
伝わるものであり、およそ６０本の手筒花火が
次々と披露されました。
これは、１０メートルほどの高さまで火の粉が
あがる勇壮な花火です。
新型コロナの影響で、この祭典が豊橋球場で
大規模に開かれるのは３年ぶりでした。
訪れた人たちは大きな拍手を送っていました。
