The Trans-Siberian Railway is a railway that crosses
the Russian Siberia and European Russia from east to
west.
With a total length of over 9,200 km, it is the longest
railway in the world.
This railway connects the Russian capital Moscow to
Vladivostok in eastern Russia.
In 2002, the entire Trans-Siberian Railway was converted
to an electric railway.
If you’re bored of riding the Trans-Siberian Railway
for almost a week, you can get off at one of the stops
along the way and spend the day sightseeing.
First-class carriages have two-person sleeping berths,
as well as toilets and showers.
The first-class car is spacious and has a high ceiling
because it is a double room.
シベリア鉄道は、ロシアのシベリアとヨーロッパの
ロシアを東西に横断する鉄道です。
全長は９２００km以上もあり、世界で最も長い鉄道
です。
この鉄道は、ロシアの首都モスクワからロシア東部
にあるウラジオストクまでを結ぶ鉄道です。
２００２年には、シベリア鉄道のすべてが電気鉄道
にと変わっていきました。
シベリア鉄道の列車に１週間近くも乗り続けるのが
退屈な場合は、途中の停車駅で一度降りて、一日観光
をすることができます。
１等車は、２人用の寝台個室があり、トイレと
シャワーも付いています。
１等車は、２人部屋のため、広々として天井が高く
なっています。
