\nShortly after World War II began, Anne’s family
\nbegan living in secrecy in a hidden house.
\nAt that time, the family was under stress due to
\ndiscrimination against Jews and concerns about food
\nsecurity.
\nIn such an environment, Anne continued to write her
\ndiary.
\nUnfortunately, the year before Germany surrendered,
\nthe Anne family was discovered by the Nazis.
\nAfter that, she was forced to live a hard life in the
\nAuschwitz concentration camp.
\nUltimately, she contracted typhus in the camp and
\ndied at the age of 15.
\nAfter her death, Anne Frank’s Diary was published by
\nher father and collaborators.
\nHer diary became a best-seller that touched the hearts
\nof people all over the world.<\/p>\n
