Universities in China where protests
took place have switched classes online.

move forward the winter vacation period.
This shows that the government and university
authorities are sensitive to student protests.
Many young people, mainly students, are
criticizing the Chinese Communist Party against
the government’s zero-corona policy in the
capital cities of Beijing and Shanghai.
The government has mobilized large numbers of
police officers to counter the renewed protests.
On the other hand, the spread of the new
coronavirus continues in China.

ゼロコロナ政策に対する大規模な抗議活動が

抗議活動が起きた中国の大学では、授業を
オンラインに切り替えています。
また、冬休みを早めたりする動きが広がって
います。
このことは、政府や大学当局が学生の抗議活動
に神経をとがらせている現れです。
首都の北京や上海などで起きた政府のゼロコロナ
政策に対して、学生を中心に多くの若者も参加して、
中国共産党を批判しています。
政府は大勢の警察官を動員して、新たな抗議活動に
対抗しています。
一方で、中国では新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大が
続いています。
